Subject: Base camp working hat bags or boxes to have on hand. The concept of having one place to put all of a kind of usefully tool to help keep base camp organized. We currently have a bag or sometimes a plastic flip-top box with functionally alike kind of objects in it. The idea is if something needs doing on a given subject or type of job (hat) all one only needs to do is go to the current box or bag to get what is needed. The bag is light enough to be carried to where the work is needed. Currently we have a bag or box for the following subjects: Medical bag with backup boxes: (to handle itching, cuts, broken bones etc) Dental bag: (teeth cleaning, scrapping, and filling, etc) Sowing bag: (sowing awl, needles thread, seizers, etc) Electrical tools bag: (soldering, meter, wire cutters, clip leads etc) Fishing tool box: (hooks, sinkers, floats, etc) Tire repair kits: (tube patches, and tubeless tire plugs, and inside patches) Small hand tool box: (Hand tools for walk up mechanical repair) Personal care bag: (each person has own, body care and cleaning items) Larger objects have a given place: Larger Hand and power tools on cabinet and shelves: Bolts, nails, and screws building materials on shelves: Water purification location in a container: Food items stored for long term location: Trade or give away items one location: Ham radio items one location: Cooking one location. My question to all of you is what have you found to be workable along these lines for your base camp or where you plan to make a stand?
