Outstanding Balance

The Balance Sheet at the end of 1998 showed Cash on Hand of $752.12. However, this assumed all outstanding Vouchers had been paid. The $1,500 check was never cashed by Brand. The end-of-1998 Voucher's, most reviewed and approved by Jan, the Internal Auditor, are in the table below. Those indicated by an * are not documented by a Voucher, the Vouchers lost in the shuffle over a year ago. I can vouch for Clipper's as I received express mail from him during the IRS Application period, and he clearly maintained the PO box, our official address for the past two years. I believe the remainder of $83.65 covers Brand's Lockbox fee for 2 years, as the cost was to be between $30-$60/yr.
