Wisconsin Bank

I looked into banks when I chose my personal bank here in Wisconsin. The First National Bank and Trust Company of Baraboo is large enough to offer online banking and bill paying, which I use for my personal account but which is not needed for Troubled Times, Inc. They are part of a much larger system nationwide so are not subject to local failure. They have many services included safety deposit boxes. This is my recommendation.
